Halloween is always a fun time for makeup artists, in fact, it's one of our favorite times of the year. The only people who are likely to get as excited as we do, are kids with new costumes and a bucket full of candy!
This year, I got to be a part of a few very fun projects and makeups. First, my friend Natasha (@natashachamberlinmakeupartist) was kind enough to book me on a job to assist with hair and makeup for the El Dorado Cantina. We did a group of male and female models in a Dia De Los Muertos theme, complete with costumes and flowers in their hair. The team consisted of six of us, three body and face painters, two doing hair, and one assistant. I was able to hop between assisting with hair and makeup. It took us about 4-hours.
